Step 2: Introductory Call

We’d love to connect with you. During our complimentary 20-minute Introductory Call, we’ll get to know each a little better by sharing our approach and listening to your goals. If we’re mutually aligned, we’ll proceed with scheduling an in-person consultation.

Step 3: The Walkthrough

During this one-hour meeting, we’ll walk through your space to take photos, measurements, run through our process and discuss your needs, budget, styles and inspiration. Should you decide to move forward with our studio at this point, your $350 consultation fee will be applied to your design services.

Step 4: Welcome to our design studio

We’ll prepare an agreement that outlines all of your project details from start to finish—including budget, timelines, and a thorough walkthrough of our process. 

Step 5: A Journey to Creative Living

We’ll then schedule an in-person concept meeting to walk you through all the details, including measurements, color exploration, and swatches, so we can begin curating your space for creative living. You’ll have the option to meet us in various showrooms to view color swatches, fabrics, and pieces firsthand. We’ll meet periodically to share updates on the project and ensure all your questions are answered every step of the way.

Step 6: Meet Your Lookbook

Your design presentation and lookbook is artfully crafted to suit your unique space with our Organic Earth aesthetic weaved throughout. During this presentation, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your new home with 3D renderings, mood boards, material, and color preferences, along with a detailed list of hand-selected decor and furnishings. You’ll have an opportunity to share feedback and ask questions to ensure the final result is even better than what you imagined.

Step 7: Every Detail Accounted For

Once everything is approved, we’ll begin placing orders for your interior items and furnishings. Simultaneously, we’ll be meticulously tracking the delivery of each piece to ensure everything arrives on time and quickly address any supply challenges should they arise. We’ll also safely handle the storage of each piece until install day.

Step 8: The Build

If we’re collaborating with you on a project through our partner, Chatwin Homes, we’ll be sharing continuous progress updates with you every step of the way. We’ll also serve as a liaison between you and any third-party contractors (if provided by your builder) to ensure every decision upholds the overall design vision with meetings and site visits. If additional contractors are needed, we can direct you to our trusted partners and facilitate correspondence to uphold the project’s vision.

Step 9: The FInal Reveal

This is our favorite step of this process as we can see all of hard work harmoniously come to life in your new space. Once construction or renovations are completed, we’ll work closely with you and our team of movers to schedule an install day that encompasses assembling, placement and styling of every piece.
